industry experts!About the roleWe are currently seeking a Business
Development Associate to help build our project pipeline by
identifying and connecting with potential feedstock suppliers. This
role will collaborate with the marketing team to develop materials,
plan events, and align strategies. The ideal candidate will have
the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships and
to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.Key
ResponsibilitiesConduct outbound lead generation calls and respond
to inbound inquiries to generate leads and coordinate intro
meetings between feedstock suppliers and Business Development
Team.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all lead
activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.Collaborate
with the Business Development Team to develop strategies for
reaching sales targets.Continuously update knowledge of company
products and services to effectively address customer needs.Assist
in the development of sales scripts and promotional
materials.Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales
strategies with marketing campaigns.Lead event and trade show
coordination including registration, marketing, set up, and
attendance.Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions,
and competitor activities.Participate in sales training and
continuous development programs to enhance product knowledge and
sales skills.QualificationsBachelor"s degree in Business,
Marketing, or a related field preferred.1-3 years of experience in
an inside sales role or similar position. Experience in food and
beverage industry is a plus.Excellent verbal and written
communication skills.Strong critical thinking and problem-solving
abilities.Proficiency with CRM software and sales tools.Strong
organizational and time management skills.Ability to work
independently and as part of a team.High attention to detail and
accuracy.Compenstaion and Benefits $65,000-75,000 depending on
relevant experience.Eligible for bonus planEligible for company
