Job Description:
A company is looking for a Medicare Sales Agent to assist
customers with their insurance needs.
Key Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls from prospective members and convert them
into qualified leads and sales
Follow up with members regarding questions or to review current and
new products and services
Assist in completing enrollment over the phone while adhering to
product requirements and guidelines
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
No prior insurance license required; training provided to obtain
necessary licenses
Ability to navigate multiple computer systems while engaging with
members
Must meet performance goals in areas of attendance and consumer
experience
Commitment to complete UHC Portfolio Agent New Hire training
classes
Flexibility to work full-time with potential weekend shifts based
on business needs
